About The Client

Ammar Fragrances is a premier fragrance brand based in the UK that sells its fragrances online, featuring unique and luxurious scents. We began working with Ammar Fragrances just when they started. They asked us for help with online marketing and product sales. We started with PPC and digital marketing, followed by organic marketing for sustainable growth.

Challenges Faced By The Client

When Ammar Fragrances approached us, they were grappling with several digital marketing challenges: High PPC: Initially, Ammar Fragrances faced high costs per sale, which made their pricing unsustainable. They realised that the price needed to be reduced to improve profitability.

High Abandonment Rates: The founder noticed that although their ads received a lot of impressions, the conversion rate was not satisfactory.

Low Conversion Rate: Many customers visited the site but left without taking any action. Upon investigation, they discovered the underlying reasons for this issue.

Unfocused Targeting: Initially, they were unsure which specific market to target at different times of the year, how to target the right audience, and how to run campaigns effectively.

What We Did

Planning: We started by formulating our tools and planned step by step how we would overcome the issues that digital marketing would face as we moved forward. The goal was to reduce PPC costs and increase ROI.

Market Research and Audience Segmentation: We began with proper keyword optimisation and keyword research to identify our target audience. We segmented the audience based on gender and demographics.

Design and Product Development: High-quality product detailing and design helped attract more attention. We followed this path, and our graphic design and videography teams developed content for the campaigns.

Content and Creative Marketing: At the start, competition was high, and the cost barrier was set too high to meet. We employed alternative strategies such as creative writing and content marketing to utilise a pull strategy while simultaneously analysing competitors.

Landing Page Optimization: After discovering technical errors and flaws, such as slow page load and mobile optimisation issues, we optimised the landing pages for better performance.

A/B Testing: To make the best version and use best practices in our pages following competitors, we initiated A/B testing to optimise the pages from the user's point of view.

Effective Ad Copy and Campaigns: We then focused on launching the campaigns online while continuously monitoring and working on lowering prices and cost per sale.

Launch PPC: After clearing all the technical obstacles, we began investing in PPC. With improved product design, better ad copy, and optimised landing pages, the results were significantly better and continued to improve. The sales skyrocketed, and the return on investment was excellent.

Results

Using a customised, targeted strategy, Ammar Fragrances experienced a remarkable turnaround in its digital marketing efforts. Their online marketing and product sales significantly improved.
