Challenges Faced By The Client
Expensive CPC: The first challenge they faced was an expensive cost per click (CPC), which made it challenging to invest more in product selling and Google Ads.
Product Designing Issues: Without Proper design and product details, it is difficult to convince someone to buy. Online Pharmacy 4U had the same problem with designing the product graphics and developing the perfect ad.
Ads Rejection: Their ads were getting rejected due to non-compliance with advertising guidelines, which limited their visibility on platforms like Google.
Declining Sales Issues: Online Pharmacy 4U’s sales were declining, with decreasing user impressions and conversion rates, which held them back in the competitive market.
What We Did
Planning:
We started by outlining the strategy and procedures that would guide us throughout the campaign. Our goal was to get more conversions with less spending.
Drugs Selling Compliance Strategy:
In the UK, drug selling requires standard protocols and procedures. We followed guidelines provided by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Google Ads Compliance:
We needed to create campaigns for online pharmacy 4u that would be approved without rejection. As we developed our ads, we made sure to follow Google’s regulations carefully.
Market Research and Audience Segmentation:
To effectively target the right audience, we conducted detailed market research and segmented the audience into different groups to promote the right products to the right customers.
Product Presentation:
We invested our time in writing high-quality product descriptions of online pharmacy 4u with attention-grabbing visuals so that when customers see our ad, our message should be clear and effective.
Landing Page Optimisation:
During our audit of the site and landing pages, we identified technical issues that were hindering the customer experience, such as mobile optimisation problems and slow page loading times. Our development team resolved these issues.

We started this project when Online Pharmacy 4U had no established online presence. We began with detailed and personalised planning.
